I took on this project to rethink how timesheets work in large organisations. Too often they feel like a tedious chore that frustrates employees and gives managers unreliable data. My goal was to design a system that people would actually want to use – simple, intuitive, and accurate – while giving management the insights they need to plan and budget with confidence.
